Shop Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase of handcrafted resin jewelry, accessories, home décor, dice, and custom pieces from Resin8 LLC ("Resin8," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Handmade Products
Every Resin8 piece is handmade in small batches. Because of this:
- Color, pattern, bubble placement, and finish will vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos shown online. These variations are part of the handmade character of the product, not defects.
- Sizes and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between identical listings.
- Items are made with epoxy resin and may include pigments, glitter, dried botanicals, foils, or other inclusions as described in the listing.
Custom Orders
- Custom and personalized pieces (custom colors, dice sets, engraving, etc.) are made to your specifications based on details you provide at the time of order.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins on a custom order. Any deposit requirement will be communicated at the time of order.
- Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed.
- Production timelines for custom work will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on order volume.
Payment
- Full payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before fulfilling an order affected by a pricing error.
Shipping & Handling
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the listing. Custom orders may take longer.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Resin8.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because each piece is handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- If an item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its listing description, contact us within 5 days of delivery at RhondaG@Resin8llc.com to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Custom and personalized orders are final sale, except in cases of defect or damage as described above.
Care Instructions
- Resin pieces should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from prolonged heat exposure (e.g., hot cars, direct sun on a windowsill), as this can cause yellowing or warping over time.
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and submerging pieces in water unless the listing states the item is water-safe.
- Resin jewelry and dice are not toys. Items containing small parts or pieces should be kept away from young children and pets due to choking hazards.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, branding, and written content on the Resin8 website and social media are the property of Resin8 LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Resin8 products are decorative items unless explicitly described otherwise (e.g., food-safe coatings). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resin8 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Resin Art Party Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all portable Resin Art Parties booked with our instructor. It ensures fairness, protects preparation time and materials, and keeps scheduling smooth for everyone.
★ 1. Booking Deposit (Non-Refundable)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit covers:
- Pre-purchased materials
- Class preparation
- Travel scheduling
- Reserved time slot
If the host cancels for any reason, the deposit is not refundable.
★ 2. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellations 7+ Days Before the Event
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Any additional payments will be refunded in full
- You may also reschedule once at no extra charge
B. Cancellations 3–6 Days Before the Event
- Deposit is non-refundable
- 50% of the remaining balance is refundable
- Rescheduling is allowed with a $25 rescheduling fee
C. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Remaining balance is not refundable
- Rescheduling requires a new deposit
This is because materials are already prepared, travel time is blocked, and your date cannot be rebooked on short notice.
★ 3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule:
- Once for free if done 7+ days before the event
- With a $25 fee if done 3–6 days before the event
- With a new deposit if rescheduled within 48 hours
Rescheduled dates are based on availability.
★ 4. Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor must cancel due to emergency or illness:
- You may choose a full refund, or
- A free reschedule to the next available date
This is the only situation where deposits are refunded.
★ 5. Weather-Related Cancellations
For severe weather that makes travel unsafe:
- The event will be rescheduled at no cost
- Deposits and payments will be fully transferred to the new date
No penalties apply for weather emergencies.
★ 6. Host Responsibilities Affecting Refunds
If the instructor arrives and the host has not provided:
- A well-ventilated location
- Adequate table space
- A pet-free and child-free workspace
- Safe access for setup
…the event may be canceled on arrival, and no refund will be issued. This ensures safety and compliance with the Host Packet.
★ 7. No-Show Policy
If the host is not present at the scheduled start time and cannot be reached within 20 minutes:
- The event is considered a no-show
- No refunds will be issued
★ 8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
